    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Bundt® Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 package cake mix (included)
    • 3 eggs, room temperature
    • 1 cup (250ml) lukewarm water
    • 16 Tbs. (2 sticks/250g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Heavily grease and flour Bundt cake pan.
    • Pour cake mix in bowl of mixer. In separate container, mix together eggs and water. Pour egg and water mixture into mix and beat on low speed until well-combined. Add melted butter and continue to mix on medium speed until combined.
    • Pour batter in prepared cake pan and bake for 55–60 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
    • Transfer pan to rack and let cool for 20–30 minutes before removing cake from pan.
    • Allow cake to cool completely before adding glaze.

    Glaze (optional)

    Ingredients

    • 1 package topping mix (included)
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 3–4 Tbs. milk

    Directions

    • In large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment, combine topping mix and melted butter. Beat until smooth.
    • Add milk and continue to mix until all ingredients are combined and mixture is smooth.
    • Pour over cooled cake.
