Why We Love It

• Inspired by the velvety hot chocolate served at the renowned Angelina café in Paris, our version is produced from shavings of premium chocolate rather than cocoa powder. The result is an ultra-rich beverage with an intensely chocolaty flavor, smooth texture and exquisite aroma. For the silkiest sip, we use couverture bittersweet chocolate from Guittard that melts quickly and consistently in hot milk.

Receiving Instructions

• Store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months. Once opened, enjoy within 1 month.

Preparation Instructions

• In small saucepan over medium-low heat, warm 1 cup milk until bubbles just begin to form around edges of pan.
• Whisk 4 Tbs. of mix into milk until completely dissolved.
• Pour into warmed mug and serve immediately.
