Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Rub 2 tsp. seasoning onto salmon fillets or steaks before baking or grilling.
- Alternatively, blend with safflower oil and use to baste chicken, pork or turkey.

- Spicy: Sea salt, crushed red pepper, paprika, New Mexico chili pepper, oregano, basil, coriander, cayenne pepper, sunflower oil.
- Citrus Ginger: Sea salt, black pepper, coriander, ginger, cilantro, cayenne, cane sugar, crystallized orange juice (citric acid, orange oil, orange juice, sugar), dehydrated orange peel, paprika, turmeric, citric acid, orange oil.
- Lemon Garlic: Sea salt, dehydrated garlic, black pepper, parsley, cardamom, fennel, crystallized lemon juice (citric acid, malic acid, lemon oil, lemon juice, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, pectin, turmeric [for color]), roasted dehydrated garlic, turmeric, lemon oil, citric acid, sunflower oil.
- Classic: Kosher sea salt, chili peppers, spices (oregano, basil, coriander), paprika, sunflower oil.
