• Paccheri Pasta: Our restaurant-quality paccheri is made by master artisans in Gragnano, Italy. Just south of Mount Vesuvius, the region features the ideal conditions for producing 100% durum wheat pasta. • Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Product will settle. Shake before using.

Paccheri Pasta

Receiving Instructions

• Pasta ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 36 months. Once open, store in airtight container and enjoy within 3 months.

Preparation Instructions

• Fill pot with 1L of water for each 500g of pasta.
• Bring water to complete boil, then add salt and pasta.
• Cook pasta according to directions on package.
• Drain and serve with sauce and toppings of your choice.

Basil Pesto
