Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

• Cake ships frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, remove cake from shipping container and store at room temperature for up to 2 days, in refrigerator for up to 7 days or in freezer for up to 6 months.

Thawing Instructions

• If frozen, remove plastic and place cake in bakery box to thaw in refrigerator overnight.

Serving Instructions

• Cake is best served chilled or at room temperature.
• Remove cake from refrigerator approx. 2 hours before serving.
• To serve, run large knife under hot water and dry with towel before each slice.
• Store leftover cake in airtight container in refrigerator and enjoy within 7 days.
