- Smoked Tuna: This yellowfin tuna is smoked over oak, air-dried and sliced ultra-thin.
- Smoked Halibut: Smoked over oak to enhanced its natural creaminess, this Wild Alaskan halibut is air-dried and sliced wafer-thin.
Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Fish ships frozen to arrive chilled.
- Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, wrap tightly and enjoy within 3 days.
- We do not recommend refreezing fish once it has thawed.
SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Fish is best served at room temperature.
- Let fish come to room temperature just before serving. Eat shortly afterwards.
