RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Fish ships frozen to arrive chilled.
• Upon receipt, store unopened in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Once opened, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
• We do not recommend refreezing fish once it has thawed.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Fish is best served at room temperature.
• Let fish come to room temperature just before serving. Eat shortly afterwards.
