    • Raclette Milledome: This French raclette cheese is produced from pasteurized cow's milk and aged at least eight weeks. Exceptionally creamy and flavorful, with notes of fruit, it melts to perfect texture. (1/4 wheel; 1 lb. 8 oz.)
    • Maestri Black Forest Schinken: Traditionally crafted in Germany's Black Forest region, this lean, full-flavored schinken is made from European pork, sea salt and natural spices, and smoked over fir wood, matured for at least 12 weeks and then thinly sliced. (4 trays; 12 oz. total)
    • Salame Piacentino DOP: This exceptional Italian salame is crafted in the city of Piacenza using pastured heritage hog breeds and methods passed down over centuries. The hand-selected ham is seasoned with peppercorns, garlic and red wine and cured for at least 45 days to reach its signature rich, complex flavor. (3 trays; 9 oz. total)
