The Cajun Turkey Company has been making the most succulent Cajun fried turkey since 1994. Billy Howell started the family business in his Louisiana garage, fueled by his secret Geaux Juice – a blend of zesty Cajun spices in an orange juice base. Each turkey is infused with Geaux Juice and rubbed with bayou spices, then marinated overnight before deep frying in peanut oil. The result is a bird that's exceptionally moist and juicy inside, with just the right amount of crispness outside.
