Summary
Indulge in luscious lemon bars with a sophisticated twist of limoncello – the tart, sweet digestif from Southern Italy. Created for us by Ambler FitzSimons of Blissful Brownies, the handmade treat pairs a buttery shortbread crust with a decadent custard that gets its richness from butter and eggs, and its vibrant flavor from lemon juice, lemon zest and a generous splash of liqueur. Just slice a piece and enjoy with coffee, tea or limoncello.
- One 7 1/2" x 5" x 1 1/2"-thick sheet, ready to cut to desired size.

Ingredients
- Crust: Butter, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin [B vitamin], iron, thiamine mononitrate [vitamin B], riboflavin [vitamin B2], folic acid [B vitamin]), cornstarch, sugar, vanilla.
- Topping: Sugar, lemon juice, eggs, flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin [B vitamin], iron, thiamine mononitrate [vitamin B], riboflavin [vitamin B2], folic acid [B vitamin]), butter, lemon zest, gelatin, baking powder (cornstarch, bicarbonate of soda, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), limoncello (lemon, sugar, alcohol).
