- The Cake Bake Shop's lemon bars are pure perfection in every bite, pairing a luscious homemade lemon curd custard with a tender, rich European all-butter shortbread crust. Expert bakers use more than 40 lemons per batch, each hand squeezed and zested, to create a custard bursting with the bright tang of citrus. After baking, the bars are hand cut into squares and dusted with confectioners' sugar and edible glitter. Perfect for parties, the lemon bars arrive in a pink box tied with silk ribbon.
