Dimensions & More Info
- Oveja al Romero: An artisan sheep's milk cheese made in the style of Manchego, this little beauty is rubbed with rosemary. Neither creamy nor firm, the cheese has a dense texture that softens on the palate. (8 oz.)
- Mini Brie Frenchy: Made from cow's milk exclusively collected in selected farms all around the dairy in Normandy, this pasteurized product is the guarantee of a local taste, soft with a creamy texture. It's fruity with a subtle taste of hazelnut and a slight note of salt. (5.29 oz.)
- Gruyère Antique: This cheese is aged a minimum of 12 months, allowing the flavor to concentrate and the texture to become firm with slight crunch from the crystallizing calcium lactate. At this age, the flavors are deeply sweet and nutty, with an earthy edge that becomes more prominent and aromatic the warmer the cheese becomes. (8 oz.)
- Bergamino di Bufala: Hailing from Bergamo, Lombardy, this soft ripened buffalo milk cheese is buttery in texture with a milky, tangy finish. The Bergamino is a great alternative, especially for those who have sensitivities to cow's milk. (8 oz.)
