Preparation Instructions
Pancake Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup whole milk or buttermilk
- 1 Tbs. butter, melted
Pancake Instructions
- Preheat griddle to 350°F.
- Beat egg and milk or buttermilk together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Ladle onto griddle. Flip pancakes when air bubbles begin to pop. Remove when cooked on both sides.
Waffle Ingredients
- 1 cup Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 egg
- 5 oz. water
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
Waffle Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Beat egg and water together. Add mix and stir until well-combined. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
- Ladle onto waffle maker. Use tongs to remove waffles when they turn golden brown.
