Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Paste ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 24 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove neck and giblets from 14–16 lb. (7–8kg) turkey.
- Pat turkey dry with paper towels.
- Gently slide your fingers under breast skin and work down to thighs, being careful not to tear skin.
- Rub approx. 2 Tbs. of seasoning paste evenly underneath skin.
- Rub approx. 1/2 cup of paste on outside of turkey.
- Cook as directed according to your recipe.
