Just south of Mount Vesuvius, the region features conditions that are ideal for producing 100% durum wheat pasta. These pasta shells are bronze-die-cut and slow-dried for shape and flavor, with a rough texture that helps capture your favorite pasta sauce.

Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pasta ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 36 months. Once opened, store in airtight container at room temperature and enjoy within 90 days.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill pot with 1 liter of water for each package of pasta.
- Bring water to complete boil, then add salt and pasta.
- Cook as directed on package.
- Drain pasta and serve with sauce and garnish of your choice.
