    Receiving Instructions

    • Store at room temperature for up to 12 months.

    Preparation Instructions

    • Cook 3 lb. peeled russet or Yukon Gold potatoes until tender, then rice or mash them.
    • In medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1 2/3 cups half-and-half, 10 Tbs. unsalted butter and mashed potato seasoning.
    • Heat until butter melts, then whisk until smooth, slightly thickened and simmering, approx. 2–3 minutes.
    • Stir butter mixture along with kosher salt and pepper into potatoes.
    • Let mixture stand for 2 minutes.
    • Serve warm.
