Receiving Instructions
- Sauce ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 24 months. Once open, store in refrigerator and enjoy within 3 days.
Preparation Instructions
- Boiled: Heat sauce, toss with freshly cooked pasta and serve.
- Baked: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease 6" (15cm) diam. skillet with nonstick cooking spray or butter. In bowl, combine 6 oz. (185g) freshly cooked short pasta with 1 jar sauce and transfer to pan. Top with 1 oz. (30g) shredded mozzarella, Gruyère or Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 cup (10g) panko bread crumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes. Remove foil and broil until panko is golden brown, approx. 1–2 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- To double recipe, use 2 jars sauce and 12 oz. (375g) pasta. Bake in 8" (20cm) diam. pan for 20 minutes.
