RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Ingredients
• 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks/185g) unsalted butter, room temperature
• Cookie mix (included)
• All-purpose flour for dusting
• Sugar (included)
• Directions
• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
• Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Using electric mixer, beat butter on medium speed until smooth. Add cookie mix and beat until dough forms into a ball, approx. 2 minutes.
• On lightly floured work surface, roll out dough to approx. 1/2" (12mm) thick. Using sharp knife or cookie cutters, cut into desired shapes.
• Transfer cookies to baking sheet, spacing at least 1" (2.5cm) apart.
• Bake for 10 minutes, then rotate baking sheet and continue baking until cookies are light golden brown and firm to the touch, approx. 5 minutes more.
• Immediately sprinkle hot cookies with sugar. Transfer to wire rack and let cool at least 15 minutes before serving.
