Preparation Instructions

- 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick/60g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- Large egg, room temperature
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or nonstick liner. In stand mixer fitted with flat beater, set on medium speed, beat butter and approx. 3/4 cup of cookie mix for 1 minute or until creamy, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Add egg and mix until incorporated. Reduce speed to low and gradually add remaining cookie mix. Beat until dough wipes bowl clean and starts to form a ball, occasionally scraping down bowl.

Turn out dough onto lightly floured surface and, if necessary, finish mixing until all ingredients are incorporated. Roll cookie dough into balls and place on prepared cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 1–24 hours.

Just before baking, pour powdered sugar mix into small bowl and roll each ball in it until generously covered. Bake for approx. 15 minutes, until edges of cookies are lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet and cool completely on wire rack.
