- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
- 16 Tbs. (2 sticks/250 g) unsalted butter
- 1 packet cake mix (included)
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups (340 ml) milk
- Have all ingredients at room temperature
Position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 10-cup Bundt pan.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat beater, beat the butter on medium-high speed until fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Stop the mixer, add 1 cup of the cake mix and beat on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining cake mix and milk and beat until all of the mix is moistened, about 1 minute.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 65 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 15 minutes, then invert pan onto rack and let cake cool completely.
