Receiving Instructions

Preparation Instructions
- Cornstarch for dusting
- 1 package Bundt cake mix
- 16 Tbs. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 325°F. Lightly grease 10-cup Bundt pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray and dust with cornstarch. Tap out any excess cornstarch and place pan on baking sheet.
In bowl of electric mixer fitted with flat beater, combine cake mix and butter and beat on medium speed until combined. Add eggs and milk and mix on medium-high speed until thoroughly blended. Scrape down sides of bowl, then beat on medium speed for 30 seconds more.
Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Transfer pan, still on baking sheet, to oven and bake until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean, 55–60 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Invert pan onto rack and lift pan off cake. Let cake cool completely before serving.
