Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• Pecans (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 cup (250ml) water, room temperature
• 2 eggs, room temperature

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In medium bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter, water and eggs until combined. Add pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55 minutes. Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
