PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Quick Bread

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
• 3/4 cup (180ml) milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter, milk and eggs until combined.
• Pour batter in pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes.
• Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.

Glaze

Ingredients

• 1 package glaze mix (included)
• 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1–3 Tbs. water

Directions

• In medium bowl, whisk cream cheese until smooth. Add half of glaze mix and whisk until smooth. Whisk in water and remaining glaze mix. Blend until smooth and well-combined.
• Pour over quick bread.
