Preparation Instructions

• Quick Bread
• Quick bread mix (included)
• 3/4 cup milk
• 4 Tbs. butter, melted
• 2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly grease 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.

In large mixing bowl, combine milk, butter and eggs until well blended. Empty quick bread mix in bowl and incorporate with rubber spatula. Do not overmix. Pour batter in prepared pan and bake approx. 45–50 minutes or until inserted cake tester comes out clean. Cool for approx. 10 minutes in pan, then turn out onto rack to cool completely.

Topping

• Topping mix (included)
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes

In small nonstick saucepan, combine topping mix with cream and butter. On low heat, stir together until melted. Bring to a simmer and whisk for 5 minutes until sugar has dissolved and sauce starts to thicken and become glossy. Remove from heat. Drizzle on top of cooled quick bread.
