RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Ingredients

• 1 package quick bread mix (included)
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup (250ml) whole milk

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• Pour mix in bowl of electric mixer with paddle attachment. Add eggs and milk, beat until combined. Mix on low speed and add melted butter.
• Beat on medium speed until well-combined. Whisk out any lumps. Pour batter in prepared pan.
• Bake for 55–65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Transfer pan to rack and cool for at least 20 minutes.
