    RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Quick Bread Ingredients

    • 1 package quick bread mix (included)
    • 6 Tbs. butter, room temperature
    • 1 egg
    • 2/3 cup water
    • Cinnamon sugar mix (included)

    Quick Bread Directions

    • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    • Line 9" x 5" bread pan with parchment paper. Lightly coat with baking spray.
    • Pour quick bread mix in bowl of stand mixer. Add butter and mix on medium-low speed until well-combined.
    • Add egg and water, and mix on medium speed briefly, just until combined. Do not overmix.
    • Scrape down bowl and whisk out any lumps or dry mix by hand.
    • Spoon half of batter (approx. 1" deep) into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 5 Tbsp. of cinnamon sugar mix. Spread remaining batter on top.
    • Top with remaining cinnamon sugar. Use butter knife to swirl cinnamon sugar into batter.
    • Bake for 50–55 minutes, until cake tester comes out clean. Start to test cake at 50 minutes.

    Glaze Ingredients

    • Glaze mix (included)
    • 2–3 tsp. milk
    • 4 oz. cream cheese (optional)

    Glaze Directions

    • Pour glaze mix in small bowl. Add milk a few drops at a time while whisking, until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over cooled quick bread.
    • For a thicker glaze, pour mix in bowl of electric mixer. Add soft cream cheese and milk. Mix until well-combined. Spread on cooled quick bread.
