    RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
    • Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.

    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Donuts

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet donut mix (included)
    • 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks/170g) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk

    Directions

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray 6-well donut pan with baking spray. Set aside.
    • In medium bowl, whisk together butter, eggs and milk. Add donut mix and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix – a few lumps are fine.
    • Using piping bag or spoon, fill each donut well approx. 3/4 full. Bake on middle rack for 10–12 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Do not overbake.
    • Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Invert pan over rack. Allow donuts to cool to touch, approx. 15 minutes.

    Glaze (optional)

    Ingredients

    • 1 packet glaze mix (included)
    • 1 1/2–2 Tbs. milk

    Directions

    • In small bowl, add glaze mix and 1 1/2 Tbs. milk. Whisk until combined. If glaze is too thick, add in 1 Tbs. milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
    • Dip top half of each donut in glaze.
    • Place donuts crinkle-side up and serve warm or at room temperature.

    • Donut Mix: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, light brown sugar (sugar, molasses), buttermilk (milk, whey solids), aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, bicarbonate soda, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, bicarbonate of soda, nutmeg.
