• Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
• Upon receipt, store at room temperature for up to 18 months.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Quick Bread Ingredients

• 3/4 cup milk
• 8 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
• 2 eggs
• Quick bread mix (included)

Quick Bread Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Lightly grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
• In bowl, mix together milk, butter and eggs. Add quick bread mix and stir until combined.
• Pour batter in pan and spread evenly. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50 minutes.
• Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack. Allow to cool completely before decorating.

Frosting Ingredients

• 6 Tbs. unsalted butter, room temperature
• 1 Tbs. milk
• Frosting mix (included)
• Heart sprinkles (included)

Frosting Directions

• In bowl of electric mixer fitted with flat beater, cream butter on medium-high speed until smooth, approx. 1 minute.
• Reduce mixer speed to low and slowly add frosting mix. Add milk. When all frosting mix has been incorporated, increase mixer speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy, approx. 2 minutes.
• Spread frosting over cooled cake. Scatter heart sprinkles on top of frosting.

• Quick Bread Mix: Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, buttermilk powder (milk, whey solids), aluminum-free baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, green color (butterfly pea flower powder, riboflavin), Madagascar Bourbon pure vanilla extract (water, cane alcohol, cane sugar, vanilla bean extractives). Contains dairy, wheat/gluten.
• Icing Mix: Powdered sugar (sugar, cornstarch), natural Bourbon vanilla, sea salt.
• Sprinkles: Sugar, rice flour, RSPO-certified palm oil, glycerin, cornstarch, tapioca starch, dried glucose syrup, gum arabic, xanthan gum, cellulose gum, artificial flavor, FD&C Red #40.
