Use & Care
RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix ships fresh at ambient temperature.
- Upon receipt, store unopened at room temperature for up to 12 months.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Ingredients
- 1 package quick bread mix (included)
- 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (250ml) water
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
- In bowl, stir together quick bread mix, butter and water until combined. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until batter is smooth. Pour batter in pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 1 hour.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto wire rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Makes 10–12 servings.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour (bleached or unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, cornstarch), sugar, brown sugar, whole wheat flour, Van Drunen drum-dried shredded carrots, ground cinnamon, natural vanilla flavor, salt, baking soda, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves.
- Contains wheat/gluten.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with dairy, eggs, peanuts, wheat/gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts (pecans).
