Receiving Instructions
- Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months.
Preparation Instructions
- Quick Bread mix (included)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 8" x 4" loaf pan.
In medium bowl, mix yogurt, eggs and butter until well blended. Pour quick bread mix in bowl and incorporate with rubber spatula. Do not overmix.
Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake 45–50 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and cake tester inserted in middle of cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
Serves 10–12.

- Unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, buttermilk powder (buttermilk solids, whey solids, Earl Grey tea, natural Earl Grey tea flavor (dextrose, natural flavor), natural bourbon vanilla (maltodextrin [modified cornstarch], pure vanilla extractives), sea salt.
