    PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

    Bundt® Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 package cake mix (included)
    • 4 eggs, room temperature
    • 1 cup (250ml) lukewarm water
    • 12 Tbs. (1 1/2 sticks/170g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    • 1 package swirl mix (included)
    • 2 1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted

    Directions

    • Swirl: In bowl, combine swirl mix and 2 1/2 Tbs. melted butter until texture resembles moist sand.
    • Position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 350°F. Heavily butter and flour 10-cup Bundt pan.
    • Pour cake mix in bowl of electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment. In small bowl, using handheld whisk, whisk together eggs and water and add to mixer bowl. Beat on medium speed until combined. Add melted butter and beat on medium speed until combined.
    • Layer batter and swirl mixture. Pour 2 cups of batter in prepared pan, then add half the swirl mixture with a fork. Cover swirl with 2 more cups of batter, then add remaining swirl mixture, retaining 2 Tbs. for topping. Cover with remaining batter.
    • Bake for 60–65 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
    • Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 20–30 minutes.
    • Add topping once cake has cooled.

    Cream Cheese Topping

    Ingredients

    • 1 package topping mix (included)
    • 4–5 Tbs. milk
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
    • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    • 2 Tbs. swirl mixture

    Directions

    • Melt butter and cream cheese in medium saucepan. Whisk together until no clumps are visible and mixture is smooth. Add topping mix and swirl mixture, whisking continuously until combined. Add milk 1 Tbs. at a time, until mixture is at desired consistency.
    • Let cool and pour over cake.
