Use

• Designed for use with plain drinking water.
• Fill bottle with cold water to marked line (800ml max.) for optimal fizz.
• Attach bottle securely by twisting it into machine until fully tightened.
• Turn front knob clockwise to release CO₂; twist more for stronger carbonation.
• Stop when you hear a hiss (overpressure valve sound), then twist counter-clockwise.
• Unscrew bottle gently once carbonation is complete.
• Add syrups, flavoring, fruit and ice after carbonating – not before.
• Uses screw-in 14.5-oz. (60L) CO₂ canister (not included).
• Insert or replace cylinder from bottom by laying appliance on its side.
• Do not remove or insert cylinder while appliance is running.
• Keep spare CO₂ cylinders away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight.
• Do not use with non-SMEG bottles or incompatible CO₂ cylinders.
• Always use appliance facing upright on flat surface.

Care

• Hand-wash Tritan™ Renew bottle before and after using. Use soft brush if needed.
• Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth. Dry with soft cloth.
• Do not immerse unit in water or clean in dishwasher.
• Store bottle without cap on to avoid moisture buildup.
• Replace bottle every 24 months or if damaged.
