Use & Care

Use

• Before first use, run on convection mode at 450°F for 5 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residue. Hand-wash all removable accessories before using.
• Fits most 9" x 13" stoneware dishes and quarter-sheet pans.
• When oven finishes preheating, it will automatically begin cooking.
• For best results when air frying, place food in single layer in basket and use high heat (400°F–450°F).
• Use integrated temperature probe in bake mode or air fry mode to cook meat to desired internal temperature (up to 200°F).
• Activate convection function during cooking cycle by pressing convection button (reduces cook time or temperature).
• Stay-on feature keeps oven running for up to 4 hours without timer.
• Sleep mode activates after 30 seconds of inactivity; wake oven by turning any knob or pressing any button.
• To replace halogen oven light, use clean cloth to handle bulb. Do not touch bulb with bare hands. Twist off glass cover, pull out bulb and insert 25W G9 halogen replacement.

Care

• Unplug oven and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• All removable accessories are dishwasher safe.
• Clean interior using soapy cloth. Use damp cloth to rinse. Avoid using abrasive pads and cleaners.
• Clean window using glass cleaner. Spray cleaner on cloth, not directly on glass. Use razor blade to remove baked-on debris from window.
• Wipe control panel clean with slightly damp sponge. Avoid using excess moisture.
• Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and microfiber cloth. Polish in direction of grain.
• Clean probe plug end with soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
