Use & Care

Use

• Works with Nespresso VertuoLine capsules (sold separately).
• After each milk-based or plant-based beverage is dispensed, use carafe-rinsing cycle.
• Store leftover milk in carafe in refrigerator.

Care

• Open machine and discard used capsule before cleaning.
• To clean water tank, remove it from machine, discard remaining water and rinse. Fill with fresh water and replace in machine.
• To clean cup support, remove from machine and hand-wash with hot water and mild odorless detergent.
• Empty and rinse capsule container and drip tray after each use.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents and solvent cleaners.
• Do not clean in dishwasher.
• Do not immerse machine in water.
• Wipe housing and coffee outlet clean with damp cloth.
• To descale: When descaling alert blinks, it is time to descale machine. Follow instructions in user manual.

Milk Carafe

• Clean after each use.
• Disassemble before cleaning.
• All parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. Alternatively, soak in hot water with mild detergent for at least 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with hot water.
• Do not use scented detergents.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners that may damage surfaces.
• Dry components completely with clean cloth before reassembling.
