• Blade, plates and product holder are extremely sharp; wear protective gloves when handling.
• Meat table, blade cover and slice deflector can be easily removed for cleaning.
• Use only hot water and biodegradable mild detergent, using soft, spongy cloth and semi-rigid nylon brush for sharp areas of plates and product holder. Do not clean machine with jets of water, steam or similar methods.
• Wipe clean all parts and accessories.
