Use & Care
Use
- To keep board in optimal condition, apply food-safe mineral oil twice per month.
- Allow oil to be absorbed for at least 6 hours. For best results, leave on overnight.
- After oil has been absorbed, wipe off any excess using clean, dry cloth.
- Avoid contact with cooking oils such as olive oil and canola oil.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
- Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge in water.
- Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Periodically rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
- Dry completely before storing.
