• Services include sharpening for the following types of knives: chef's, paring, utility, serrated, Eastern-style, cleaver, steak, filet, hunting, fishing, pocket, scissors and shears.
• Extra fees will be charged for broken tip and chip repair, ceramic knives, single-bevel knives and re-serration of knives.
• The following knives cannot be accepted: straight razors, haircutting shears, swords and knives longer than 16", mandolins and other blades without handles, pinking shears, daggers, switchblades, tweezers, gardening tools, chisels, double-serrated knives, saw blades and blanks.
