    Summary

This set of Wüsthof Ikon steak knives is globally inspired – each a truly unique piece with a distinctive wooden handle from a different part of the world. The set features individually grained handles made from African blackwood, American walnut, magnificent Latin American bocote, Canadian bird's eye maple, Scandinavian curly birch and Brazilian tulipwood. Made in Germany of high-carbon steel, each full-tang blade features a recessed bolster, allowing you to sharpen the full length of the cutting edge.

    • Set includes six 4 1/2" steak knives and handcrafted leather storage roll made of natural Italian cowhide.
    • Each knife is precision forged from a single piece of sturdy high-carbon steel that resists stains and corrosion.
    • Full tangs are triple riveted to the handles for exceptional durability and control.
    • Wüsthof's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) ensures a 20% sharper blade with twice the edge retention.
    • Wüsthof has introduced a new logo for their cutlery. Please note that the logo on your knives may differ slightly from images shown here.
