This double burner grill has high ridges that produce appealing grill marks while keeping food elevated above liquids.

    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
    • Oven safe to 500°F.
    • Safe for use with metal spatulas, spoons and whisks. Do not use with other types of metal utensils, such as forks and knives.
    • Do not use aerosol cooking sprays; buildup over time will cause food to stick.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.
