We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our signature Thermo-Clad™ Nonstick collection. Designed in-house and made to our exacting specifications, these top-tier nonstick pans are built for maximum heat efficiency and durability. Tri-ply layering incorporates a premium nonstick finish, a hard-anodized aluminum body and a stainless-steel induction-compatible base. This set includes a fry pan and a deep, covered essential pan that's ideal for one-dish meals.

Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat pan when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every five years.
- Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners.
