Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Use low to medium heat for best performance. High heat is rarely needed.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F (lid is safe to 425°F).
- To protect nonstick coating, avoid prolonged empty heating or rapid temperature changes.
- Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using wood, silicone or plastic utensils to maintain appearance over time.
- Avoid using nonstick sprays, which can degrade coating.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, abrasive cleaners and harsh scouring pads.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
