Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly.
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Cook over low or medium heat. Do not use high heat unless boiling liquids.
- Do not overheat empty cookware or cook fat (oil, butter, etc.) until it turns black.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Do not use in broiler.
- Use plastic, nylon, silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratching nonstick surface.
- Do not use nonstick cooking spray as it may reduce performance of nonstick surface over time.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing with soap and sponge to maintain longevity.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains on exterior, use nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pans as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
