We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our Thermo-Clad™ Hard Anodized collection. Designed in-house and made to our exact specifications, the top-tier pans are built for maximum heat efficiency and durability. Tri-ply layering incorporates a premium nonstick finish, a hard-anodized aluminum body and a nonstick coating inside and out that allows low-fat cooking, easy release and quick cleanup. Featuring convenient pour spouts on two sides, our classic butter warmer is great for everything from gently melting butter to making sauces and cooking small portions of soup.

Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops (not induction-compatible).
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow pot to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
