Summary
Our wok has plenty of room for tossing noodles plus high sides to reduce stir-fry splatters. It's also ideal for deep-frying and comes with a rack to drain tempura, dumplings and other fried food. The aluminum core conducts heat rapidly and evenly, while the polished stainless steel is safe for induction cooktops and dishwasher cleaning.
