    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • Season after each use. Clean oven, then apply thin layer of vegetable oil on interior and exterior surfaces while still warm.
    • Handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or gloves when handling.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly, then season with vegetable oil.
    • Store in dry location.
