- Great for frying eggs, sautéing vegetables and baking cornbread and cobblers.
- Small spouts on opposite sides simplify pouring out hot oils and other liquids.
- One long and one loop handle ease lifting the pans.
- 8" Skillet: 8" diam., 2" high; 8 1/2" diam. spout to spout; 3 lb. 5 oz.
- 10 1/4" Skillet: 10 1/4" diam., 2 1/4" high; 10 3/4" diam. spout to spout; 5 lb. 4 oz.
Griddle
- Use for pancakes, French toast, sandwiches and more.
- Lower sides than standard skillet make it easier to flip food.
- Raised lip around the griddle's edge keeps batter or grease from spilling over the sides.

Use & Care
Use
- Each time you use each pan, apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the cooking surface and preheat the pan slowly before adding food.
- Silicone potholder, handle cover and pot scrapers are heat resistant to 600°F.
Care
- Hand-wash pans with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Use specialized silicone scrapers to remove cooked-on food particles.
- Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
- Store pans in dry location.
- Silicone potholder, handle cover and pot scrapers are dishwasher safe.
