Use & Care

Use

• Pans are oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
• Each time you use pans, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

Care

• Hand-wash pans with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
• Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while pan is still warm.
• Store skillet in dry location.
• Deluxe handle holder and scraper are dishwasher safe.
• Hand-wash round scrub brush with hot water; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
