    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
    • Do not slide cookware on stovetop.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F (including lid knobs).
    • Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
    • Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

    • For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
    • Do not slide cookware on stovetop.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • To achieve good sear lines, pat food dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture before placing on hot grill. Leave food undisturbed on grill for several minutes to allow marks to form and food to release naturally.

    Care

    • Do not clean off natural patina that develops over time on black satin enamel interior.
