• Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.

Care

• Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
• Hand-wash.
• Dry immediately with soft cloth.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
• To remove stubborn food residue, use non-scratching scrub sponge and fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
• Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect performance or durability.
• To keep exterior looking new, periodically use copper polish or solution of lemon and salt.
