    • Fry Pans: d5 stainless-steel five-ply construction features five alternating layers of bonded stainless steel and aluminum for steady, even heating – ideal for browning, searing and sautéing.
    • Saucepans: Copper Core five-ply construction features thick, extremely heat-responsive copper core between two layers of highly conductive aluminum with stainless-steel exterior and interior – ideal for cooking sauces and soup.
    • Sauteuse and Rondeau: D3 tri-ply construction features heat-responsive aluminum core sandwiched between stainless-steel interior and exterior for fast, even heat transfer – ideal for braising, roasting, simmering, deep frying and boiling.

    Use

    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
    • Long handles stay cool on stovetop but not in oven. Use care when removing from oven. Do not leave unattended.

    Care

    • Allow pans to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains on exterior can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
